Meet Belka (translates to “Beautiful”).  Just a tiny 2 month old puppy thrown into a ravine by a heartless monster.  It was originally thought that not only did this monster fracture Belka’s skull, but that the damage left her blind. She was transported to the Ranch and realized love and safety…finally.

Belka required daily trips to the specialist for wound cleaning and bandage changes.  You can see how creative the vet techs became with her bandages by the photos!  Additionally, her vision was thought to have not been permanentaly damaged.

Belka was such an amazing girl to work with. She was truly one of the fastest healers that I have ever seen. From having an exposed brain, to be foster-to-adopted, all in a matter of six weeks!
